Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across three plant locations
- Implement and sustain 5S practices to ensure a clean organized and safe working environment
- Lead and develop warehouse teams ensuring consistent performance and engagement
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate regular cycle counts and audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with production planning and logistics to align warehouse activities with operational needs
- Optimize space utilization material handling processes and storage systems
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support digitalization and automation initiatives related to warehouse operations
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity quality and cost efficiency
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with 5S and lean warehouse principles
- Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel regularly between plant locations
Additional Information :
Attention: The role location can be based at any of our production plants in Ceyhan Amasya or Lleburgaz.
