Devoteam is looking for a Business Unit Manager to join our Sales team. As a Leader your main responsibility is to grow a team of IT professionals assigned to contracting projects and to lead a team of sales professionals and recruiters to significantly expand our market share.
As well you will act as the Devoteam point of contact for our customers to offer them IT consulting services (staff augmentation) and solutions.
You will become an integral part of the Innovative Tech Team and also be closely working with our recruitment team in order to offer the best suitable skills and profiles to the customers.
Your main tasks are:
- Leads mentors and develops a high-performing team of sales and recruitment and IT professionals.
- Full P&L ownership and accountability for the business unit including budget strategy planning and forecasting.
- Strategic leadership for customer base expansion and market penetration across the Alps CEE region (Czech Republic Slovakia Austria Switzerland).
- Drives new business development initiatives and identifies high-growth opportunities.
- Cultivates and maintains executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ensures consistent achievement and overachievement of sales targets and business objectives.
- Oversees all aspects of client engagement from strategic account management to tender participation.
Qualifications :
You will be a great fit for this role if you have
- Proven sales or account management experience at least 4 years
- IT Solutions & Professional Services sales experience
- Strong leadership or management skills
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Goal oriented self-motivated driven with proactive approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
- Natural relationship builder with integrity reliability and maturity
- Advanced English and Czech/Slovak is a must

- Experience with providing of IT consultants or contractors to customers
- Previous experience in recruitment agency
