Position : Media Coordinator
Working Schedule : 8:30am-5:30pm AZ Time (Half the year is PST & half the year is MST)
Salary Range :$2000-$2500(the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
About the Company:
Our client is expanding rapidly and is looking for a full-time Media Coordinator. In this role you will act as the team s specialist for administrative tasks vendor management and billing and budget management and will have exposure to projects from a wide range of projects focused largely on advertising and digital marketing. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated self-directed individual who is detail-oriented and can work autonomously. Key Responsibilities:
- Frequent communication with team and management on project status timelines and results
- Provide support in all monthly billing and invoicing efforts
- Invoice reconciliation
- Budget reconciliation
- Vendor outreach and collections
- Vendor record management
- Fielding and setting up vendor appointments/requests as needed
- Assist in RFP ing vendors collecting all information and organizing for team consideration
- May assist in monthly client reporting for major metrics goal tracking and revenue tracking
- Coordinate suitably with production and distribution of material with various departments
- Develop update and maintain all media lists
- Develop update and maintain all press kits as well as media materials
- Maintain and update project checklists and timelines along with support development of business documents like Excel spreadsheets charts and tables PowerPoint presentations etc.
- Provide secondary as well as tertiary assistance to various Media team members as needed for their daily account responsibilities within DSP Platforms and Channels
- Support to prepare and distribute plans agendas and reports etc.
- Involvement in Media department discussions and meetings along with work cross-functionally amid various team members.
- Convey and report to the supervisor on a constant and regular basis.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant marketing or advertising experience is a plus
- Bachelor s Degree
- Any experience in paid media platforms is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office360 suite of tools
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with a variety of platforms and software
- General knowledge of marketing media and advertising
- Familiarity with any media-related tools or project management platforms is a plus
- Media Ocean experience preferred but not required
