Job Description
Description
- Maintain a caseload as assigned and provide individual and group psychotherapy services as indicated.
- Support the program director with overall clinical responsibility for the program.
- Provide supervision to staff as assigned including completion of performance evaluations for the same.
- Support the program director with maintaining program-wide compliance with all relevant regulation documentation and billing requirements.
- Remain current with OASAS and other relevant regulations and new developments in changing health environment.
- Provide crisis management support as needed.
- Attend department meetings inter-department meetings and serve on committees as necessary and requested.
- Support the program director with serving as liaison to outside community partners as needed.
- Support the program director with facilitating organizing and tracking staff trainings on relevant topics.
- Function as a Super User for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and support staff with EHR competency.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information as required by law.
- Maintain all applicable licenses and/or credentials.
- Collaborate and work well with team members in all areas to enhance the program as a whole support a healthy team culture and serve as a good role model for staff.
- Represent the agency with an ethical fair and positive attitude.
