ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- On-site and off-site mail services driver
- Ability to drive a company SUV as well as a company box truck
- Daily Post Office drop-off & delivery
- Adhere to a daily schedule for on and off campus delivery and pickup routes
- Adapt for special deliveries
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Data entry input of daily numbers
- Check and respond to email in a timely manor.
- Operation of manual pallet jacks and flatbed carts
- Use of a PDA/scanner for accountable package receiving and delivery
- Sort mail and packages
- Deliver mail and packages
- Coverage in other mailrooms on campus
- Stock copy paper as needed
