Job Overview:
We are hiring a Destination Wedding Coordinator to help plan and execute stunning weddings at luxury resorts beaches and unique international venues. This role involves collaborating with couples vendors and travel partners to ensure a seamless wedding experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with couples to design and coordinate their dream wedding.
- Secure wedding venues decor catering and entertainment.
- Oversee event logistics including scheduling and vendor communication.
- Manage guest accommodations transportation and group bookings.
- Ensure all legal requirements for destination weddings are met.
- Provide on-site or virtual support to clients leading up to their big day.
- Stay informed on wedding trends venues and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience in wedding planning event coordination or hospitality is ideal.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
