As General Manager you will lead the overall operations of the Miami restaurant embodying the brands DNA and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
You will act as the local face of the brand driving excellence across service operations financial performance and team leadership.
Guest Experience & Brand Standards
Ensure a consistently exceptional and immersive guest experience
Champion the brand ethos through service ambiance and hospitality rituals
Maintain excellence across all touchpoints: dining bar entertainment and events
Operations & Financial Performance
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution across shifts
Monitor KPIs cost control and P&L performance
Implement systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit train and inspire a high-performing front- and back-of-house team
Foster a culture of accountability creativity and team spirit
Provide mentorship and clear career progression opportunities
Business Strategy & Community Engagement
Partner with the corporate team on marketing activations and brand collaborations
Position the restaurant as a must-visit destination in Miami
Build strategic relationships with local influencers hospitality players and media
Proven experience (5 years) in a General Manager or senior leadership role in a premium/luxury lifestyle restaurant
Experience in high-volume operations with a discerning international clientele
Deep understanding of hospitality standards and the luxury lifestyle segment
Strong commercial acumen and hands-on leadership style
Energetic charismatic and adaptable personality
Excellent communication and team management skills
Previous experience with international restaurant groups
Fluent in English; French is a plus
