Lead a legacy manufacturing company through its next phase of operational growth and transformation. As the on-site leader the General Manager will stabilize and elevate day-to-day operations across production engineering and administration bringing calm order and performance discipline to a high-touch customer-first environment.
Restore Operational Clarity: Streamline systems across production engineering and admin functions to reduce chaos and increase predictability.
Build Culture of Accountability: Establish daily team rhythms lead-by-walking-around and instill confidence through calm visible leadership.
Drive Order-to-Cash Excellence: Own the order to cash pipeline ensuring on-time builds part readiness and quality control.
Elevate Team Morale and Capability: Mentor direct reports improve internal communication and drive performance reviews and development planning.
Firefight & Fix: React with urgency when customers need help then install long-term process fixes to prevent future disruptions.
Collaborate with Ownership: Serve as an operational complement to the Owner enabling customer-focused growth by taking command of internal execution.

Experience leading in a hands-on manufacturing or operational environment
Must have served in the U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
Proven success managing diverse teams across production engineering and operations
Strong understanding of inventory management quality assurance and financial reporting
Ability to work full-time in-office at Billerica MA headquarters
Veteran candidates with operational command experience or military maintenance leadership are strongly encouraged to apply
