Position: Customer Experience Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries providing prompt and courteous responses via phone email and in-person
- Assist customers in selecting the right structure for their needs providing detailed product information and pricing
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from initial contact to final delivery and installation
- Process orders and manage customer accounts ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and address any questions or concerns
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management for process improvements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in business or a related field is preferred
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role preferably in a retail or construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed
