Job details:
- Starting Pay: $0.56 CPM up to $0.64 CPM after 5 years of experience
- Avg Weekly Miles: 2500
- Avg weekly pay: $1300-$1500
- Pay Raises: Every 36 months reaching $0.64 CPM at 5 years
- Freight Type: Dry Van 100% no-touch 50% drop-and-hook
- Home Time: 14 days out 2 full days home; truck can be taken home during breaks
- Benefits: Full benefits after 30 days (Medical Dental PTO 401K and more)
- Vacation Pay: $800 after 1 year of service

For CDL-A Graduates (Trainees):
- Must be 21 with a valid CDL-A
- 120 hours from accredited school
- Solid 10-year work history (no major gaps outside of school or training)
- Training Pay: $650/week for 200250 hours (46 weeks)
- Starting Pay After Training: $0.56 CPM
- Benefits: Full benefits after 30 days (Medical Dental PTO 401K and more)
- Perks: Rider & pet allowed after training
Requirements for All Drivers:
- Must be 21 with a valid CDL-A
- Class A CDL with at least 6 months of recent CDL experience
- Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations in the last 5 years
- No DOT Preventable accidents or major accidents in the last 5 years
- No DUIs felonies or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
- Must pass urine AND hair pre-employment drug screen
