Job Description
Were hiring a TIG Welder/Fabricator to join a well-established family-owned company specializing in custom sheet metal fabrication. Whether you bring years of hands-on experience or solid technical trainingwere open to the right person with the right attitude.
Pay: $23 - $29/hr depending on experience
Schedule: 1st Shift Full-Time
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

TIG welding of custom sheet metal components

Reading blueprints specs and technical drawings
-
Fabricating one-off and small-batch specialty parts
-
Using math skills to measure and cut accurately

Meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality

Working independently and keeping your area clean and organized
Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Either hands-on TIG welding experience or formal training (trade school or equivalent)

Ability to read blueprints and specs

Solid math and measuring skills

Comfortable working solo with minimal direction

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have your own hand tools welding mask and gloves

Experience with punch press or press brake a plus
