Job Title: Sales Representative
Location:
Remote (U.S. business hours)
Salary Range:
up to 1300 USD performance-based bonus

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (U.S. business hours) with some flexibility.

Position Overview:

Were hiring a Sales Representative to manage and qualify inbound responses from lead generation email campaigns. Your mission is to engage warm prospects over email nurture their interest and qualify them before passing them to the closing team. This is a high-urgency sales support role ideal for someone with strong written communication skills a structured follow-up process and fast response discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Response & Qualification:

  • Respond rapidly to 10-20 warm email leads per day from outbound campaigns.
  • Engage in professional thoughtful email conversations to maintain prospect interest.
  • Qualify leads by identifying needs timelines and key decision-makers.
  • Follow up consistently with warm prospects who are not yet ready to convert.


Lead Handoff & Documentation:

  • Complete lead qualification forms with accurate details and next steps.
  • Pass well-qualified leads to internal closers for scheduled meetings.
  • Maintain clear organized CRM records and follow-up cadences.


Campaign Optimization Support:

  • Provide feedback on common objections questions and email patterns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on messaging improvements (light input only).
  • Flag high-performing or underperforming lead types for future campaign targeting.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of sales or lead qualification experience.
  • Excellent written English; must be able to craft clear persuasive and professional emails quickly.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple prospects at once.
  • Experience with CRM systems or lead tracking tools.
  • Self-starter who can manage time and prioritize high-value conversations.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in email-based sales or inbound lead qualification.
  • Prior experience in service-based industries or complex B2B solutions.
  • Sales training or previous closing experience.
  • Ability to generate outbound leads if necessary.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
