Job Title: French-Speaking Customer Service Agent

Compensation Package

Base Salary: 900/month paid over 14 months

Performance Bonus: Up to 100/month paid over 12 months

Language Bonus: 55/month paid over 12 months

Welcome Bonus: 3000 (paid after successful onboarding terms apply)
About the Role
Join a leading insurance provider as a French-speaking Customer Service Agent based in vibrant Lisbon. In this role youll support French-speaking customers with their insurance needs policy questions and claims. This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally in a stable and international environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone email and chat in French

Provide accurate information about insurance services and policies

Resolve inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Collaborate with other teams for complex issue resolution

Follow internal procedures and regulatory compliance guidelines
Requirements

Fluent French (spoken and written)

Good level of English

Experience in customer service or insurance is an asset

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work rotational shifts (Monday to Friday)
