Job Description
Keystar Autoworld specialise in new and used Subaru Mitsubishi Kia Volkswagen Isuzu and Jeep vehicles.
Our highly successfulKeystar teamis looking foraqualified Master Technicianto join ourKeystar Service CentreinMorayfield.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for delivering quality workmanship forthe servicing of vehicles. You will deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction ensuring and maintaining our customer centric approach.
As a high level overview you will:
- Performing quality mechanical servicing maintenance and repairs
- Identifying and repairing technical problems
- Accurately recording all work performed
- Liaise regularly with the Workshop Foreman Workshop Controller and Service Manager
- Following correct procedures regarding warranty work and parts.
- Completing works as per Manufacturer Repair Time Guides and Keystar Group Standards
- Coordinate work with internal customers and suppliers
- Coaching and Mentoring apprentice team members
- Assist fellow team members with workload
You will be:
- Trained technician with Master Technician status
- Have current drivers licence
- Be passionate about the brand
- Ability to work in a busy service centre
- Have good eye for detail
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills
