The Boeing CompanyBoeings Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist Chief of Staff to join our team in Berkeley MO. This position will act as a business integrator supporting the ET&T Vice President of Human Resources. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to help the ET&T Human Resources leadership team (HRLT) run their business manage priorities and maintain an integrated operating rhythm.
The ideal candidate will be highly intuitive and proactive in anticipating others needs. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills work well with various personality types and be receptive to feedback.
Position Responsibilities:
Support ET&T Vice President of Human Resources managing day to day operations (All Employee Meetings All Manager Meetings Roundtables Staff Meetings etc.)
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones
Deliver outcomes while working in a fast paced high visibility and ever-changing environment
Support the Vice President in preparing executive-level reports presentations communications and artifacts for internal and external audiences
Identify risk and opportunity potential and develop mitigation plans
Present plans to executive leadership to gain approval
Assist in the development and integration of projects strategies and processes to meet business goals
Manage cross-HRLT and ET&T operating rhythm and ensure alignment and integration to fulfill strategies of each organization
Track actions to resolution
Manage and update ET&T Human Resources operating tools (OneNote SharePoint File shares Outlook etc.)
Represent executive management to internal and external business interests in areas such as communicating business policy strategy and direction
Provide guidance and coach less experienced teammates
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
3 years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination implementation and completion
3 years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
3 years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics
3 years of experience leading projects
Experience directly supporting senior/executive leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
5 years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
5 years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel Powerpoint and SharePoint
Experience working with confidential information and a high level of discretion
Experience working in Program Management and/or Human Resources
Experience coaching or mentoring others including those that may not be your direct reports
Experience delivering on business outcomes leveraging key performance metrics
