Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by answering inquiries resolving complaints processing order and providing information about products and services. The CSR plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone email live chart or in -person.
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
* Process orders forms application and requests accurately.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
* Coordinate with other departments (e.g. sales production logistics) to meet customer needs.
* Provide product/service information to assist customers in making decisions.
* Monitor and report on customer feedback and trends.
* Stay up to date on company products services policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven customer support experience or experience in client-facing role.
* Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
* Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
* Patience empath and a positive attitude.
