Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business including managing Suppliers portfolio (Internal and/or External suppliers) for ensuring goods delivery at right time quantity and place based on Alstom needs. Youll also expressing delivery needs to suppliers and contribute to governance of the Suppliers delivery performances.
Youll specifically take care of driving action plan for performance improvement & contribute to risk management.
Well look to you for:
- Identifying priorities associated with risk/impact anticipation and set up recovery actions
Resolving Goods Receipts issues with the applied means of communication (overstock shortage damage documentation quantity mismatch Invoices etc.) - Follow up with Procurement the Purchase Requisition level maturity for launching Material Planning documents
- Organizing and maintain regular reviews with Suppliers in order to check the status of deliveries and their delivery performances
- Ensuring and update the accuracy of material planning master data (in compliance with stock and logistic constraints)
- Creating the Material Planning documents (Call-off Schedule Agreement) & respective Source List and Quota Management
- Communicate the Material Planning documents to Suppliers and follow Suppliers confirmation
- Analyzing Suppliers confirmations vs. Alstom needs and evaluate the risk/impact anticipation on production/projects
- Analyzing and manage MRP exception messages and anticipate supply problems (backlogs shortages no demand).
- Tracking missing parts until stock availability
- Analyzing and share deliveries performances KPIs with different stakeholders (Internal & External).

- Degree in engineering
- Possible prior experience as Materials Requirements Planner
- Supplier Delivery Performance ManagementExperience and understanding of Inventory management & Material Planning techniques and Industrial scheduling
- Experience and understanding of Data analytics
- Analytical thinking solution focus and resilience
- Ability to adapt influence and negotiate
- Familiarity with design-build complex projects tendering engineering sourcing supply chain
