Job Description

Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Technical Support Engineer

Work setup: Onsite in BGC Taguig

Shift Schedule: Night Shifting- Shifting Sched (Quarterly)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
Min. 5 years in Cloud Security (Azure/AWS/GCP)
SIEM EDR and other security technologies
Linux Windows and Networking troubleshooting skills
Experience with Jira and other bug tracking tools
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Relevant Cloud Technology certifications are preferred
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
