The Sourcing and Procurement team within Managed Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients optimize all elements of their Sourcing and Procurement capabilities to become a source of value and competitive advantages. We focus on category management strategic sourcing procurement transformation enabled by technology and procurement on demand managed services to drive innovation cost reduction and supply resiliency.

Required Knowledge/Skills (BQ):
Advanced understanding of procurement transformation sourcing and supplier strategy
Expertise in designing and deploying procurement digital tools and operating models
Proven experience in client delivery and stakeholder management
Ability to break down complex business problems into manageable components.
Strong critical thinking and hypothesis-driven problem-solving approach with a proven track record in applying frameworks
Strong financial acumen and value-based sourcing approaches
Deep knowledge of sourcing practices spend levers sourcing principles i.e. multiple stages of RFx (RFx creation negotiation guides pricing/costing analysis etc.)
Ability to structure and execute procurement transformation workstreams
A strong understanding of procurement operations and/or understanding of procurement outsourcing operating model
Experience with digital tools for procurement analytics and supplier management
Experience of leading teams and mentoring talent to deliver client value
Experience of operating with high emotional intelligence in complex environments
Understanding of consulting business frameworks and experience with project proposal development and sale cycles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets generate insights and create clear reports.
Proficiency in using data visualization tools like Power BI Tableau or similar platforms to communicate key procurement metrics and KPIs.
Experience in data-driven decision making and translating data insights into actionable strategies.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis pivot tables and complex formula.
Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to create impactful presentations for senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams OneDrive and SharePoint for seamless collaboration and document management.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills *:
Demonstrates some level of abilities and/or a proven record of success as follows:
Proven track record of managing projects with end-to-end Source to Pay scope or multiple projects with various aspects of source to pay cycle
Prior experience in a consulting environment
Hands-on experience in streamlining procurement processes improving efficiency and implementing best practices in procurement operations.
Ability to lead procurement transformation initiatives leveraging technology to enhance procurement processes.
Experience in managing complex high-value or high-risk categories such as IT logistics and construction with a focus on driving sustainable value capture.
Ability to identify opportunities for strategic sourcing and long-term supplier partnerships within complex categories.
Familiarity with advanced S2P systems like Coupa SAP Ariba Oracle or Jaggaer and a deep understanding of S2P workflows.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of S2P platforms into the procurement lifecycle.
Understanding of fundamental principles of P2P including spend and commodity taxonomies requisitioning PO generation receiving invoice processing and required governance around the same
