What Youve Accomplished
- Completion of a BS in Business Engineering or a similar field or comparable experience in lieu of degree
- At least 8 years of project work experience
- Project Management Certification is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of major project management plan development implementation and administration
- Strong business and/or technical expertise in a related technical capacity

Your Opportunity

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As aProject Manager in Kincardine Ontario you will be part of the proven team in theEngineering Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:
- Manage a variety of Engineering projects with a team of project coordinators and engineering staff.
- Interface with customer representatives on a daily basis ensuring all contract deliverables are executed to the highest levels of safety and quality.
- Responsible to the Product line manager for safety quality cost and schedule for all projects managed.
- Organize and chair daily/weekly project meetings.
- Maintain all managed projects within the Framatome Project Reporting system.
- Utilizes approved project management methods and processes to execute low risk projects of existingtechnology and methods to meet client needs and expectations.
- Provides primary interface between project team management and client.
- Develops assignments timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of theproject.
- Coordinates multiple project activities including organizing and directing personnel materials andequipment
- Utilizes team building skills to ensure satisfactory project performance.
- Defines and forecasts needed skills to meet project objectives.
- Manages the timely issuance and payment of customer invoices.
- Utilizes existing and/or acquired technical expertise to find improved technical solutions to supportthe product life cycle/replacement of current Framatome technologies.
- Actively participates in solving technical issues identified by project management business line management or by customer request with the objective to increase business opportunities forFramatome Canada Ltd.
- Provides project leadership for major commercial design construction expansion extensionrenovation supply or component replacement projects.
- Prepares project plans/schedules/materials to achieve project quality reliability cost and timingobjectives.
