Are you a confident people leader with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement Join the Incident Notification and Emergency Response Unit in the Health Safety and Staff Wellbeing Directorate where your work will directly impact the safety and well-being of school communities across NSW.
As the Leader Incident Notification youll lead a team delivering frontline incident reporting services via the Departments Incident Report and Support Hotline in a busy contact centre environment. Youll guide and mentor your team to ensure incidents and injuries are accurately reported triaged and escalated in a timely manner making a real difference in high-pressure real-world situations.

As a Leader Incident Notification you will lead a team responsible for managing the Departments Incident Report and Support Hotline. Youll play a key role in ensuring timely accurate and high quality incident notification and support services across NSW schools and workplaces. The role is central to maintaining the Departments commitment to safety compliance and continuous service improvement.
