The team regularly advises on class actionsregulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings corporateand shareholder disputes and other commercial disputes involvingcontracts torts and misleading and deceptive conduct.
The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity availablefor a Senior Associate with 5 years PQE to join our busylitigation team based in Sydney. Offering a unique blend of workexposure to market leading partners and award winning training andopportunities for career progression. Working across a number ofpartners you will gain experience working in both federal and statejurisdictions and have responsibility for pleading and evidencepreparation developing litigation and regulatory strategybriefing barristers including pre-eminent senior counsel andworking directly with clients. The role involves working acrossregulatory investigations enforcement proceedings class actionsand corporate disputes. This is an opportunity for an able lawyerlooking for more responsibility and autonomy in managing complexmatters.
You will be joining a large andcollegiate team and will have the opportunity to work withcolleagues across the firm in Australia and globally.
