Merchology seeks a Production Support Associate to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor the Production Support Associate is responsible for supporting the Production leadership team by creating tickets and communicating with the Sales Team on exception orders and damages caused during production. In addition this role is responsible for supporting production approvals shipping questions/issues and supporting the firm order process. This role is a primary contact for communication with warehouse departments and office staff.
Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm plus occasional OT as needed
A successful Production Support Associate will:
- Communicate constantly by emails and tickets about the status of orders between CSS Sales and Operations.
- Support the production approval process throughout the shift.
- Locate and track Firms throughout the production process to ensure OTD.
- Support shipping to a high level to include international shipments allocation issues communication with CS team and returns.
- Identify problems develop solutions and implement change when necessary.
- Foster a culture of respect and care for people by demonstrating trust respect and support for all members of the team.
- Solicit input from others keep team members informed and give timely feedback regarding order status.
- Assist with all other tasks as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in post and shipping operations
- Analyze information problem-solve and make decisions
- English speaking and able to communicate effectively with co-workers management and external contacts
- Computer Skills: NetSuite HubSpot Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel) proficiency
- Ability to follow processes with written procedures
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish
