Clinical Lead NurseRGN


Our client is looking for a confident and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) to support the delivery of outstanding nursing care in a beautiful purpose-built care home for older adults. This full-time role is primarily clinical with some supernumerary hours as required to ensure excellent care standards and support across the team.

The service is known for its person-centred approach welcoming culture and commitment to nurturing both residents and staff. This is an ideal role for a senior nurse who is ready to take the lead in shaping care delivery while working in a calm well-resourced environment.

What Were Looking For

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
  • Experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse or Senior Nurse within a nursing home setting
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and confident in leading care teams
  • Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding best practice and regulatory standards
  • Compassionate hands-on and committed to delivering person-centred care

  • Assist with staff training development and supervision
  • Build strong relationships with residents families and external professionals
  • Step into management responsibilities when required
