Role:Senior Educator
Location: Mackay QLD
Centre: Goodstart Mackay - Bridge Road
Employment Type: Full-Time 38 hours per week
Pay: up to $38.02 hour Superannuation Benefits

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart youll take charge of your own room leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Youll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe inform and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Mackay Bridge Road:
- Centre is located close to the city schools base hospital and airport.
- Goodstart Mackay Bridge Road is a 105 place Centre.
- Centre is a purpose-built early learning centre designed for children from 6 weeks to 5 years

Youll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
