Customer Renewals Executives demonstrate skills and knowledge in renewal strategy deal architecture customer negotiation and internal navigation of commercial and legal teams. As a Customer Renewals Executive (CRE) you are responsible for delivering end-to-end renewal execution through partnership with the extended SAP account team. You are responsible for interfacing with volume partners on SAPs behalf to negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue.
You will be responsible for representing SAP and will be empowered to know all internal process-related phases of renewals. You will be continuously equipped for success as a subject matter expert in commercial and revenue management principles that are key to SAPs growth. We promote a culture of open dialogue and continuous improvement; in this role we encourage you to voice your feedback to drive improvements within the business.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 78000 - 180700 (USD) actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
