Job Description
Position Title:
Manufacturing Associate
Pay Rate:
$22.06 per hour with a .25 cent shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts and the opportunity to make $24.53 in the first 90 days.
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time
Candidates must be open to2nd (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd (11pm - 7am)shift depending on company role is subject to mandatory scheduled overtime.

The Job You Will Perform:
- Safely operating machinery
- Reading factory orders
- Accurately reading gauges tape measurer and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math inspecting and setting up orders which may include carrying tooling (i.e. ink buckets printing dies and cutting dies) to machinery
- Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed
- This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine wiping off shafts cleaning ink systems vacuuming and sweeping the machine area as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
