Job Description
Operations Leadership Opportunity
Dynamic manufacturing company seeks a Director of Operations to lead production for main and large lines and oversee material flow. Reporting to the VP of Operations you will drive safety collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include leading daily management processes coaching teams managing challenges maintaining a strong floor presence and developing lean operations.
Responsibilities/Qualifications
- 10 years of lean operations leadership in a non-union customer-focused environment
- HVAC industry experience
- Experience with ISO 9001/14001
- Lean manufacturing Kaizen Six Sigma
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- BS in Engineering MBA preferred
