Job Description
About the role:
Were looking for a highly organized proactive and execution-focused GTM Admin to provide high-leverage support to our Executive Team particularly in Sales Marketing and Customer Success. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff this person will serve as a key partner to GTM leaders helping streamline operations drive cross-functional coordination and ensure the smooth execution of top priorities.
In addition to supporting GTM executives through calendar management project tracking and internal communications youll play a key role in helping the broader GTM team stay connected and aligned. From coordinating key meetings and offsites to facilitating team-wide connection youll help ensure our fast-growing GTM org runs smoothly stays focused and operates as one cohesive unit.

Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide calendar management meeting coordination travel logistics and expenses for key GTM leaders.
- Meeting Operations: Own the prep and follow-up for recurring GTM meetings (e.g. leadership staff meetings department townhalls board prep SKOs etc.) including agendas planning note-taking and action item tracking.
- Communication Management: Help draft internal comms and presentation materials on behalf of GTM executives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between GTM and internal teams such as Product Finance and People to ensure alignment and follow-through.
- Event & Offsite Support: Help plan logistics and coordination for GTM team events leadership offsites and customer engagements.
- Project Coordination: Assist with the execution of key GTM initiatives.
Qualifications We Value:
- 3 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or operations support role ideally within a GTM org or startup environment
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leaders
- Background in event planning or project management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Team-first attitude with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace Slack Zoom

The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience skills education and geography.
