Job responsibilities include:
- Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
- Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar while coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts / Rental Department.
- Answer customer inquiriesvia chat email and phone.
- Follow up on customer declined services; schedule follow-up appointments for services not performed.
- Proactively contact existing customers to set up required service and/ or recall appointments.
- Follow up with customers on all ordered or back-ordered parts while scheduling for receiving.
Requirements:
All candidates must manifest the highest level of customer service. Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must have a basic working knowledge of Windows Office along with the ability to learn vendorprograms/portals quickly and efficiently. All candidates must be 18 with a valid drivers license and an excellent driving record. Must be responsible dedicated to arriving on time hard-working and have the ability to multi-task. Drug testing required.

- Automotive industry experience preferred but not required.
