Job Description:
Gems Setra is seeking a visionary Lead Data Analyst to join our Sales Operations & Enablement team. In this role you will be at the forefront of harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to drive data analytics initiatives and lead transformative projects. As a key member of our team you will develop an in-depth understanding of the business data and analytical needs leveraging AI capabilities to generate actionable insights using SQL (Postgres) and advanced visualization tools such as Power BI.
Core Competencies and Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex data challenges with a forward-thinking approach in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Drive data strategy and champion AI-powered analytics collaborating across the business and leading project teams.
- Strong analytical skills to collect analyze and interpret data with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize AI algorithms to uncover patterns trends and predictive insights from complex data sets.
- Ensure the seamless operation of data visualization processes identifying optimization opportunities and managing interventions for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain data products through innovative visualization techniques and advanced analytics.
Minimum Qualifications: - 3 years of experience in SQL with expertise in advanced SQL and statistical/window functions.
- 3 years of experience in Power BI & DAX functions (or equivalent visualization tool).
- Experience in leading project teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with project teams and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AI-driven data analysis with a focus on leveraging machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning applications.
- BS/MS degree in Engineering Mathematics Physics Computer Science or equivalent field.
- 3 years of progressive professional experience preferred with direct or indirect experience supporting sales teams.
