Location:
2721 N Central Ave Phoenix Arizona 85004 United States of AmericaConsider becoming U-Hauls newest Office Assistant! In this role you will help to act as the flue of the office assisting the Licensing team and supporting personnel. Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting office personnel with assembly of paperwork and various documents.
- Labeling titles and registrations
- Filing paperwork and gathering documents as requested.
- Ordering new license plates for equipment as needed
- Take on and resolve incoming emails from the field for carious plate/registration issues
- Verifying office document and credentials for accuracy
Minimum Qualifications:
- Some computer skills (especially Microsoft Office)
- Good Communication skills electronic and verbal
- Good attitude and a Team Player
