Participate as a key member of the USCAN business leadership team. Partner with business leader and staff to define finance strategy drive operating performance & act as champion on all finance activities.
Lead and direct coach and develop a team of Finance Managers and Analysts active in/for the business/region.
Ownership for developing estimates operating plans/forecasts/reviews Blueprint (3-year Plan) SII (1-year Plan).
Driving profitable growth by providing analysis of results and reporting key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities as well as recommending actions.
Overall responsibility for all internal finance processes commercial deal architecture provide operational rigor on cash management lead opportunities on price and price change
Finance liaison for all Business Development & Acquisition Integration and Divesting activities.
Manage all reporting and statutory requirements - internal to business within GE and externally.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 15 years of financial work experience; or bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration with 10 years Corporate Audit Staff experience including developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business / finance reviews.

Leadership experience: has minimum of five years experience leading team members
Excellent communication and influencing skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level) functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
Technology skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle SAP COGNOS Business Objects etc.) strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables VLookup and Macros)
You must be willing to travel a minimum of 30% of the time
You must be willing to submit to a background investigation including for example verification of past employment criminal history and educational background
Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral ethical and personal values in decisions communications actions and when dealing with others
Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows
Experience leading in a matrixed environment
Adaptable/flexible: being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information different or unexpected circumstances and/or to work in ambiguous situations
Trained and/or certified in process improvement methodology such as LEAN or Six Sigma
