Job Summary -
PwCs Value Realization Managed Services (VRMS) team is looking for an experienced Deal Architect Manager to join our team where you will be an integral leader of the commercial sales team collaborating with diverse and talented team members. You will solve multi-dimensional problems improve performance and generate value for our customers. You will capitalize on our vertical and sector approach and your specialization in becoming a trusted advisor to PwC leadership and our clients.
In this role you will focus directly on our strategic customer engagement and scale VRMS Industry-leading practices or Industry-setting standards across other key customer segments. You will collaborate with offering and cross platform leadership to lead vision transformation and value assessment consulting sessions with customers including facilitation/analysis and craft and deliver high-impact executive level narratives and presentations. This may include conducting/facilitating internal/external research discovery of customers business processes/KPIs business value analysis return on investment (ROI) and defining customer related transformation strategies. You will collaborate with customer executives to originate define and communicate the non-economic and economic impact for the adoption of PwCs solutions. Your success will shape sales go-to-market strategies and result in successful business outcomes for our clients.
The ideal candidate is passionate about driving business outcomes with digital capabilities and can combine the competencies of origination strategy consulting digital transformation value proposition led selling and financial modeling. You must have a demonstrated ability to think strategically to align to the needs of complex global businesses. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with Managed Services Platform - Business Outcome Managed Services Leadership to execute on The New Equation / Consulting strategy. This individual should be able to interface directly with leadership and other key stakeholders across the firm and work with cross-functional teams (e.g. demand generation marketing change and communications finance and human capital) to execute on priority initiatives for the Managed Services Platform - Business Outcome Managed Services and generate pursue sell & deliver Value Realization (VRMS) engagements with clients cross-sector and line of business.
As a Consulting Segment Managed Services Platform youre primarily responsible for working closely with the Business Outcome Managed Services Operations Team VRMS Leadership and broader Platform Leadership team on execution and management among various initiatives across the Consulting business in alignment with The New Equation / Consulting / Platform strategy including but not limited to:
Demonstrated proficiency of core Managed Services in any one of the following: Business Process Outsourcing Operating Model Design Resource and Workforce Management functions Vendor Selection Service Aggregation Third Party Vendor Management.
Demonstrated proficiency of core Managed Services practice performance metrics such as attachment & pull-through rates revenue backlog growth rates multi-year engagement tracking & reporting etc.
Demonstrated proficiency of Managed Services sales strategies
Demonstrated proficiency of Managed Services delivery models
Demonstrated proficiency of value proposition design and value-led selling
Demonstrated track record of delivering value to clients in challenging business environments at scale
Experience in go-to-market strategy and execution and offering / solution industrialization
Executing on specific initiatives and driving progress against related goals.
Working as part of a team to drive change management activities needed to enact strategic vision and operational initiatives.
Supporting tracking managing and reporting on strategic initiatives projects and operations under the sponsorship of a Platform.
Supporting leadership with market-facing and client-centric activities helping to guide the overall strategic direction.
Representing point of view of leadership in key projects calls meetings and decisions as well as develop a point of view based on data research and observations.
