What youll do

Position Title:SAP iXp Intern - Customer Success Enablement Support

Location: Toronto

Expected Start Date and End Date: June 2025 - December 2025

  • Schedule interview & publish internal customer win stories
  • Utilize the latest innovative learning technologies
  • Assist in planning in-person & virtual learning events around the globe as required
  • Host & plan logistics for global webinars
  • Research and recommend innovative tools and technologies to deliver cutting edge design solutions with a focus on business impact metrics
  • Contribute to building engaging award- winning Learning Programs
  • Drive best in class content for a variety of media (ie. Podcasts)
  • Maintain our Solution Knowledge Centre Sharepoint Pages
  • Develop new & exciting digital content formats assessments & surveys
  • Develop audience appropriate cutting edge instructional design technologies including gaming mobile solutions social micro learning and formal/informal learning
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop learning assets
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of learning asset published by developing and implementing post instruction evaluation criteria and tools

The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skills experience scope of the role location etc. as determined through the selection process. Due to the nature of the role which involves global interactions with SAP entities as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
