Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Glen Burnie MD 21061
Shift: Days/Evenings/Nights
Pay Rate: $30 - $33/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care including monitoring vital signs administering medications and assisting with treatments.
- Document patient conditions interventions and progress accurately in EHR systems.
- Collaborate with RNs physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
- Assist with patient hygiene mobility and daily living activities as needed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe clean environment.
- Respond to emergencies and report changes in patient status promptly.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in Maryland state.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- years of experience in setting: clinic long-term care hospital etc..
- CPR/BLS certification (required); additional certifications (e.g. IV therapy) a plus.
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
