At Factorial were looking for a new Partnerships Sales Development Representative for Latam market to help us bring Factorial to the next level.

If you have an entrepreneurial soul this role will be a perfect fir for you as we are building the whole business unit from scratch and there will be lots of opportunities to take the ownership and build the processes yourself!

The Role

  1. Prospecting Strategizing and Qualifying the best leads with the Partners.
  2. Engage with prospects via high-volume cold-calling (60-80 calls/day) networking email e-marketing campaigns and social outreach.
  3. Create your own strategy to seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts.
  4. Analyzing prospect business needs understanding processes determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions.
  5. Search for new potential strategic partners and manage the full sales cycle with them until they join our partner program
  6. Identify and build strong relationships with potential partners that align strategically with us in the HR and tech space (our partners sell implement and support Factorial)
  7. Gather feedback from our partners and their clients on a regular basis to identify pains and opportunities to further develop our partnership channel
  8. You will report directly to the Partnerships Manager and Senior Leadership Team

Your Profile

  1. Is a Spanish Native and Fluent in English
  2. Has a hunter mentality is hungry persistent and ready to hustle
  3. Possesses 2 years experience in B2B Sales/ SaaS/ Tech
  4. Has 1 years experience working in a sales or channel position preferably full cycle B2B
  5. Demonstrates ownership in each activity you develop
  6. Is detail oriented organized ethical responsible & self-motivated
  7. Is a strong communicator and can quickly empathize with people

Bonus Points
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll and/or SMBs market and experience using typical sales tools like Hubspot. Experience working with partnerships and channel distribution is a clear differential.
