Job Description
A well established eye care group is looking to hire motivated personable Optometrists to provide vision care to their client base in Queens NY. The schedule would be up to 3-5 days/week (Monday-Friday) depending upon availability.
Practice Opportunity Details:
- Earn up to $750 - $900 per day working flexible hours increase salary by increasing patient load. There is always a full roster of patients available.
- A medical assistant will be assigned to work with you to provide assistance throughout the workday so that you can focus on the clinical aspects of the job.
- Flexible schedule - part-time or full-time
- Set your own schedule determining the days and hours you work. Evenings and weekends not required.
- 2-year contract
- Malpractice insurance covered after 90 days
- Compensation for tolls and mileage ($0.40/mile)
- Compensation for relocation
- Sign on bonus
They arrange patient scheduling billing and all other administrative matters allowing Optometrists to focus on patient care and education. Optometry services will be provided at local nursing and rehab centers within your geographical area.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry
- Licensed in New York
- 1 years of experience preferred; Recent graduates welcome to apply
- Experience working with elderly patient population a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Trustworthy and dependable
