Job Description
Quality Incharge is responsible for ensuring that products or services meet established quality standards and customer expectations. They implement and oversee quality control processes monitor production and identify areas for improvement. They also collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing Quality Control Processes:
Establishing procedures for inspecting testing and evaluating products to ensure they meet specifications.
Monitoring Production and Adherence to Standards:
Overseeing the production process to ensure that products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
Identifying and Addressing Quality Issues:
Investigating the root causes of defects and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborating with Other Departments:
Working with engineers production staff and other departments to ensure quality is integrated throughout the organization.
Ensuring Compliance:
Maintaining adherence to relevant legal regulatory and industry standards.
Reporting and Documentation:
Preparing reports on quality metrics documenting quality control procedures and maintaining records of inspections and tests.
Training and Development:
Providing training to staff on quality standards and procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement in quality control processes and implementing changes to optimize performance.
