We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient IT Project Coordinator with Junior Scrum Master experience to join our dynamic team. This role bridges IT project management and agile team facilitation making it ideal for candidates with experience in project coordination and working knowledge of Scrum Master principles.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams manage day-to-day project operations and ensure alignment with technical and business objectives. This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational communication and facilitation skills alongside a solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with IT teams and other stakeholders to track ongoing project components and dependencies.
- Maintain and monitor project plans timelines and deliverables using tools like JIRA Excel and MS Project.
- Facilitate project meetings track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Support project documentation including status reports risk logs and communication plans.
Scrum Facilitation
- Serve as a Scrum Master for small teams or initiatives leading daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Assist in removing impediments to the teams progress and act as a buffer between external distractions and the team.
- Promote agile best practices and ensure consistent application of Scrum principles.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement across teams departments and management levels.
- Support change management and stakeholder communication during project transitions.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator Scrum Master or in a hybrid PM/SM role.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and experience leading small scrum teams.
- Awareness of traditional project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall Hybrid).
- Understanding of software development processes and technical terminology.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Asana Trello MS Project).
