- At least 50 vaginal deliveries in past 12 months
- At least 20 C-sections in past 12 months
- At least 25 gynecologic surgical procedures including 5 major abdominal cases

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Low-risk pregnancy management
FHR interpretation NST/CST/FSE
OB ultrasound (performance and interpretation)
Routine deliveries vaginal low forceps decision-making for C-section
Complicated deliveries C-section breech multiple births abruptions
Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
Surgical gynecology diagnostic laparoscopy tubal ligation LOA
Major gynecologic procedures ectopic pregnancy ovary removal cystectomy
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Ability to obtain a New Mexico medical license
Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN
Experience: Must meet privileging criteria
Other Qualifications:
- Strong patient care and collaboration skills
- Motivated to support OB team during call coverage
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide OB-GYN care for call shifts only
Manage labor & delivery including routine and complicated cases
Perform gynecologic surgical procedures within credentialed scope
Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure patient care continuity
Maintain detailed and timely charting in Epic
