Ashburn Consulting is teaming up with The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) to advance its digital modernization initiatives and providing robust IT services to support its internal workforce.
This technician will offer onsite email and chat support for MacOS and iOS devices providing troubleshooting system configuration and end-user support for both Mac and Windows systems. The Mac Support Technician role includes computer repair virus removal and other cleanup services troubleshooting issues configuring and installing software with Apple computer and IOS devices. This role involves answering calls responding to
requests/inquiries and collaborating with various teams.
