You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe IT Support Specialist role is responsible for implementing IT procedures website development and providing best practice solutions to improve individual and/or firm wide efficiencies across BwBs technologies.
The day-to-day responsibilities include providing Microsoft 365 support across the BwB team updating and maintaining the BwB website (Operating on WIX) troubleshooting additional issues across BwB hardware software and network. In providing this support the IT Support Specialist will be collaborating across the wider BwB team being able to provide real-time solutions to IT issues faced or produce timely updates/maintenance as required.
The IT Support Specialist will also provide back up support to any IT Product Development projects taking place across the firm.
While the BwB team works across multiple time zones the predominate internal stakeholders for this role are based across the UK/EU/Africa with responsiveness across these business hours expected.
