- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary
- Process orders refunds and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services and policies
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized assistance
- Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the companys CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction scores and response times
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening abilities and attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) are highly desirable
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
