You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Coordinating both long-term and short-term planning processes preparing planning documents in collaboration with colleagues and management of the holding company and its subsidiaries (Strategic Planning)
- Monitoring and analyzing strategy execution progress and business performance preparing periodical internal and external reports providing relevant comments and insights (Performance Analysis & Reporting)
- Overseeing the status and updates of the Strategic Initiatives Portfolio (Strategic Portfolio Oversight)
- Conducting benchmarks against regional energy companies and preparing periodical market development analyses (Benchmarking and Market Analysis)
- Contributing to the preparation for strategic sessions and strategic planning content for Board meetings (Strategic Decision Support)
- Supervising and coordinating the implementation of best corporate governance practices (subject to SOEs) within the Group (Regulatory Oversight)
- Driving enhancements in business planning and reporting processes across the Group (Continuous Improvement)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Economics Finance or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in business or financial planning controlling analysis reporting or consulting
- Knowledge of the energy sector or experience in a large corporate group or matrix organization would be an advantage
- Strong business analysis and strategic planning skills
- Proactivity and a result-oriented mindset
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Collaborative approach with a focus on aligned decision-making
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian both written and spoken
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other related tools is a plus.
- Project management skills or experience with Jira system would be an advantage
