Qualifications :

- Solid experience with Windows OS.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (scripting & admin level).
- At strong grasp of core network services.
- A sharp analytical mind problem-solving prowess and impeccable attention to detail.
- The attitude of a true team player with excellent communication skills in English.

- Having good French &/or Spanish language skills (not essential but a great plus).
- Possessing 2 years of help desk or technical support experience.
