As an Educational Leader at Goodstart youll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. Youll deepen the teams understanding of child development and early years content guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team youll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Catering to children aged from six weeks to school age across four rooms our team all certified in first aid brings a wealth of experience and expertise to provide top-notch early learning experiences. Youll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QldWorking with Children Check
If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent then wed love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
