We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales operations within the IT services industry with a strong background in CRM management SAP ECC billing revenue forecasting and project management office utilization. This role is critical in ensuring accurate billing on monthly basis predicting revenue leakage and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful reporting on a weekly basis.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience : 6-8 years in IT services industry
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. SAP Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel Powerpoint and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Additional Information :
CRM Management: Maintain and optimize CRM systems to ensure accurate client and opportunity data. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
Billing & Financial Operations: Manage end-to-end billing processes in SAP ECC ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Reconcile billing discrepancies and coordinate with finance for resolution.
Revenue Forecasting & Reporting: Develop and maintain revenue forecasts in collaboration with finance and delivery teams. Generate and analyze billing and revenue reports to support business planning.
PMO Utilization: Track and report on project utilization metrics. Support PMO in resource planning and project financials.
Revenue Leakage Monitoring: Identify and report potential revenue leakage areas. Implement controls and process improvements to mitigate risks.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Finance Delivery and PMO. Present insights and recommendations to delivery managers. Proactively engage with delivery managers and troubleshoot issues to closure.
