Visas Corporate IT (CIT) group is undergoing a strategic transformation to become a world-class engineering organizationone that puts customer experience and end-user support at the forefront. As part of this evolution we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Systems Administrator to join our Corporate Technology Support team.
In this individual contributor role you will provide expert-level (L2) support for Windows and Mac workstations handling escalations from first-level support. Youll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues optimizing system performance enhancing security and ensuring scalability across our environment.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD OR 8 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD OR 8 years of relevant work experience.
Expert level troubleshooting on Windows operating environment.
Experience with scripting using PowerShell or similar.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems
Experience with BigFix or Intune or SCCM
Experience creating installation/packaging/deployment scripts.
Experience with network infrastructure (LANWANWi-Fi).
Excellent communication & collaboration skills Learning Adaptability & Problem-solving.
Experience with Windows server 2016/2019/2019 Core and VMware.
Automation using PowerShell scripting.
Good problem-solving skills with focus on troubleshooting issues in complex production environments. Also with problem management providing RCAs.
Willing to learn new technologies and software thinking out of the box questioning the norm and innovative.
Will work closely with areas across Visa including Operations Engineering Service Product office and Global Open System Development Lines.
Must have a strong commitment to execution follow through and timely communication. A good team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in a global environment
Experience leading and collaborating with small to medium sized teams working in an onsite/offshore mode
Operate in complex highly secure and highly available operations environments and interact with the technology domain experts required to maintain those environments.
Demonstrate a commitment to customer service pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality service delivery and support.
Will work closely with areas across Visa including Operations Engineering Service Product office and Global Open System Development Line.
The candidate will be heavily involved in ensuring team meets all SLAs and team objectives.
Must have a strong commitment to execution follow through and timely communication
Will be expected to work on-call rotation.
