Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of all banquet functions including set up service and breakdown; and execute it according to the hotel standards guest expectation and event specifications.
- Lead pre-event briefings to ensure team readiness and clarity on event objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellence professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact during events to address client needs resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Gather post-event feedback to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory budget and cost control measures for the banquet department.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years in a banquet management role with an exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail with a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in event management systems.
- Creative mindset comfortable taking charge of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
